Our office is located on the NW corner of 12th and Howell on Capitol Hill, one block south of Denny on 12th Avenue.
Free and convenient parking
is available right in front of the door.
The office is completely wheelchair accessible.
Our hours vary for the convenience of our patients, ranging from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, depending on the day of the week.

#7 - Stops at Broadway and just walk three blocks east to 12th Avenue, behind the reservoir
#8 & 43 - Stop on John Street. Just walk two blocks south to Howell Street.
#10 - Stops on Pine Street. Just walk two blocks north on 12th Avenue.
Other routes within three to four blocks on 15th Avenue (#10), Madison Street (#2 & #12), and Pine Street (#11).

From Downtown Seattle: Take Pike Street up Capitol Hill to 12th Avenue. Turn left a few blocks to office on left at Howell Street.
I-5 Southbound (from Everett, Northgate, etc): Take the Denny Exit and turn left over freeway. Continue on Denny to 12th and turn right. Turn right into driveway at next corner.
I-5 Northbound (from Tacoma, Southcenter, etc): Take the Olive Way exit and turn right on Denny. Continue on Denny to 12th and turn right. Turn right into driveway at next corner.
520 Westbound: Take the Roanoke exit and turn right and then right again onto 10th Avenue East. Continue up past St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral to Aloha (stop light) and turn left. Go to flashing light at 12th and turn right. Continue on 12th to office on right at Howell, one block south of Denny.
I-90 Westbound: Take the Rainier Avenue Northbound Exit to Jackson Street. Follow the slight left angle onto Boren Street. Continue on block and veer to the right in the yield lane onto 12th Avenue. Continue on 12th Avenue to office on left, just a few blocks north of Madison, Pike and Pine streets. |
