Insurance Information
We are happy to assist you with your insurance and will do our best to help you get the most out of your plan. Insurance has become increasingly complicated and our office is extremely well versed in the intricacies of the dental insurance industry. Please remember that MOST INSURANCE policy are welcome in our office, we accept and bill to MOST DENTAL INSURANCE COMPANIES. If you have specific questions about your coverage or amounts not covered, that must be taken up with your insurance company.

WE ARE HAPPY TO BILL MOST DENTAL INSURANCE FOR YOU.
Your dental insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company. We are happy to bill them on your behalf. However, ultimately you are responsible for the bill in its entirety should your insurance company decline to pay their share.
Your portion, as computed by the information we receive from your insurance carrier, will be due on the day you receive treatment. That means your percentage share, any uncovered amounts, and any deductible are due on the day you have the dental treatment. Any residual amounts would be billed to you.

WE ARE PREFERRED PROVIDERS WITH:
Washington Dental Service (WDS)
Regence Washington (formerly King County)
Premera Blue Cross

United Concordia

We also accept most other insurance (that allows you to see any dentist) and will bill them for you.

HERE ARE SOME THINGS WE CAN HELP YOU WATCH FOR ON YOUR DENTAL PLAN:

HERE ARE SOME THINGS WE CAN HELP YOU WATCH FOR ON YOUR DENTAL PLAN:

ANNUAL MAXIMUM: This is the TOTAL that your insurance policy will pay for treatment in a given year.
DEDUCTIBLE: Usually applies only to restorative (fillings, extractions, root canals) and to prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures) and is an annual figure that you must pay before insurance pays for any treatment (can range from $25 to $100)
CLEANING (PROHYLAXIS) INTERVAL: Some insurance plans still require six months to the day or more between cleanings - be sure on your policy.
COMPOSITE FILLINGS: Composite fillings, also known as tooth-colored fillings (see COSMETIC page) are usually paid by most insurance companies at a lower amount. Insurance payments are usually based on the insurance company's estimate of an amalgam (silver) filling. Therefore, your portion for composite fillings will include your co-payment (usually 20%) plus the difference between the insurance payment and our cost for the composite filling.

Payment Information

Payment for services is expected at the time of your treatment. If insurance is being billed on your behalf, you will only be required to pay your estimated portion on the day of your treatment. Remember, insurance is a contract between you and the insuring company. If we do not receive payment from your insurance company, you are responsible for the total amount due. Unfortunately, we cannot establish monthly payment plans for our patients.

For your added convenience, in adddition to accepting checks, we also accept VISA and MasterCard, including debit cards.
